Returns, Exchange and Refund
If the goods are found to be defective, a replacement is possible where the bottle had remained unsealed.
Goods are classified as faulty where a manufacturing fault occurs. (Please note that lenses that are damaged as a result of man-made are not considered to be faulty)
Replacement is only valid provided you inform us within one (1) month of the delivery date.
A remarkably clear picture of the defective lenses is required for investigation before a replacement/compensation is made available.
